Ab Fitness Machine Reviews

If you’ve already decided on a fitness machine, it’s a shame because I had this great Ab Coaster review to tell you about.  It would be an awful thing for you or anyone else to invest in equipment that won’t satisfy your needs or give you the results you must have.  Of well, if you’ve already written the check, I guess all this information will have to be for someone else’s gain.

If you’re thinking the Ab Coaster is one of those lightweight toy workout machines, think again and finish reading this Ab Coaster review.  The package the equipment comes in is a workout in itself to move because it weighs over 70 pounds.  There is some assembly necessary to get the equipment up and running and you can probably play the video while you’re putting it together.  This baby is all steel construction with steel bearings.  It had a workout counter, which I wasn’t expecting.

The first thing you learn when you pull your knees up is that you aren’t in good condition.  Any Ab Coaster review that doesn’t mention this is work is feeding you a line.  The seat locks into three positions where you can go straight forward or angled from one side or the other.  You can unlock the seat if you want so you can get a swinging motion as you go back and forth.  Even with fast movement, the frame stays in place without bouncing around.  My Ab Coaster review ends with me out of breath but feeling good that I’ve accomplished my first steps.

I looked at two other pieces of equipment, but made by decision based on an Ab Coaster review by another new owner.  I haven’t been sorry for the choice I made because in three weeks I’ve lost 2 inches off my waist, and that’s the first time it’s gone the other way in years.
