I want to let you know about the new and innovative Ab Coaster exerciser before you decide to purchase anything to work on those belly muscles.  I believe, emphatically, that you can’t get a better designed piece of exercise equipment for problem abs no matter what you are willing to spend.  If you’ve been crunching and doing sit ups, you should consider these reasons to use specialty equipment and change your workouts.

If you’re like me, trying to flatten your stomach on a program other than the Ab Coaster doesn’t work very well.  Spending hours with my feet in a chair and attempting to do crunches got me nothing but tired and a sore back.  It doesn’t make sense to put pressure on a part of the body that you aren’t trying to build up just to apply a small amount of effort to another part that needs work.  Many people stop exercising because they injure or strain their bodies by a wrong movement or a slip.

The Ab Coaster has a streamlined design that keeps you in control so there isn’t much chance of inadvertently injuring your back.  Because of how you support yourself with your arms as you move back and forth, the pressure shifts directly to the abdomen and not the back.  This concentrated effort allows for shorter workout times and more results for each minute you spend with the Ab Coaster.

You can buy more expensive equipment than the Ab Coaster, but you can’t find anything that is comparable as far as results.  When you do your first set of reps, you will immediately feel the tightening of the muscles, and know that there is no better way to lose flab and gain muscle.
