The next most mentioned praise of the Ab Flyer is the way you can do your workout in a sitting position allowing you to watch television, and then when you are through, simply fold it up and stow it out of the way. Most reviewers felt that the workout they received was as good as or better than what they had gotten from conventional crunches and sit-ups.

I wasn’t totally convinced about the value of the Ab Flyer reviews until I tried it myself, and this proved that there was indeed a good workout to be had with this equipment. I know that the best ab workout is the one where you hang and lift your knees up to your stomach. The same type of motion is experienced with the Ab Flyer, only you don’t have to be in perfect condition to be able to do the exercise. The way the swing works in the Flyer makes it easy to twist your body and get an overall workout of the abs, not just the top layer.

Reading Ab Flyer reviews doesn’t have to convince you that it’s the real thing. You can always try it yourself to substantiate what you’ve read here. If you want to invest in a better way to do ab reps, I definitely believe this is a very good way to go.
